After a terrible time with another monument company, I found Cascade Monuments in my searching. After talking to Rinne and telling him about our awful experience with another company, he assured me that we would not have the same experience with him. And he came through! Our son’s marker was on time & delivered just as he said. We had our own artwork that our daughter did. His art department did a fantastic job with the reproduction of it for the marker, making sure that we were happy with the way it looked before proceeding. His people that did the actual art on the stone, did a fantastic job as well. The marker is very beautiful! Rinne was kind, caring and compassionate through the whole process. We are so very thankful to God, who I believe led us to Cascade Monuments, and to Rinne for his exceptional service!

Cascade Monuments installed our monument on 8/27/2021.Until now, I could not find the words to express our satisfaction and gratitude as we were awestruck when we saw the finished monument installed.
Myself, sisters and elderly father worked together on my mother and surviving father's monument after mom's death more than 2 years ago. We started working with Rinne at Cascade Monuments last winter. After many alterations to the headstone artwork, our expectations have been exceeded. With Rinne's help, giving us his suggestions and opinions and his artists work in evolving our many ideas, markups and sketches, we ended up with a wonderful, finished version that was beyond our expectations.
Dad and I even found a new friend in Rinne . He was very patient and helpful throughout our 5 different drafts. Along with a casual, but professional attitude and the patience he and his team had for us, we even got a great deal that we were happy with. Rinne never once used pushy sales tactics in this, our solemn task.

Due to this past years covid delays in getting the Memorial for our parents , Rinne continued to assure us that it would be here and he was right. We are all so pleased with how the monument turned out. Especially the picture of Mark. Next time you go to Bayview walk back and forth about 4+ feet in front of the side with Marks face. His eyes follow you. Looking at his face/eyes gives the feeling that he is right there with you. This gives a personal and close feeling with Mark. Like he is real and alive. There with us. There in the eternal realm, eternity that somehow connects with us on earth. His continuing existence is not as we can see, or hear him, but we feel him close in our spirits. Compared with the hard block granite tombstones with chiseled in names and dates, which feels so cold, impersonal, and 'gone'.
I hope all is going well with you and your family. If there is ever anything I can do for you Rinne, please let me know. You were a help to me in my time of need, and I want to be of help to you as you need.

Marks monument came and was set up on Dec. 20th. Joe, Machelle, several friends and I were there through the setting up process. Marks face turned out perfect. The way he is looking toward the viewer gives one the impression that he is alive and looking right at them.
This has had quite an effect on all who knew Mark.
